Monarto Safari Park

Meet Monarto Zoo’s newest resident

Meet Innes the Cheetah!

Arriving from National Zoo and Aquarium, Innes brings our total Cheetah coalition to six.

Keepers say he is settling in well and hope he will one day play an important role as part of the international breeding program working to save this vulnerable species from extinction.

Classified as vulnerable in the wild, the Cheetah is considered to be Africa’s most endangered big cat. At Monarto Zoo, we’re proud to have successfully bred 15 Cheetah cubs.

Make sure your race into Monarto Zoo soon to welcome Innes to our wild family.
